Digital Services: Engaging users for energy-efficient and comfortable living spaces

The 2nd technical workshop of the DigiBUILD project focuses on the revolutionary digitalisation of the built environment to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and well-being.

The session will present in clear terms how users can interact with the new services developed across nine pilot demonstrations. We will delve into the interaction dynamics, detailing both the inputs and outputs to highlight the advantages for buildings and the direct benefits for users. A comprehensive overview of the user-friendly service interfaces will be showcased, emphasizing the importance of user satisfaction in this digital transition. Moreover, the workshop will critically examine social acceptance, acknowledging its significance in the successful implementation of these technologies.
